We're a 2026 Finalist: What the Clean + Conscious Awards Judges Said About Rose Intimate Wash
If you're new here: the Clean + Conscious Awards are an independent Australian awards program that reviews natural, ethical, and sustainable beauty and wellness products each year. Every entrant is assessed by a panel of expert judges across four areas — clean ingredients, ethical practices, sustainability, and social impact — before finalists are announced in each category.
We're proud to share that Rose Intimate Wash was named a Top 5 Finalist for Best Intimate/Sexual Wellbeing in the 2026 awards. We didn't take out the top spot in our category this year, and that's okay. Being reviewed independently, without any control over what the judges noticed or chose to write about, means a finalist placing says something real about the product and the brand behind it.
Three judges reviewed Rose Intimate Wash. Here's what each of them had to say, in full.
Jordie Pie
The consistency of this wash felt really lovely to use, and I appreciated that it had only a very, very subtle scent. I also loved that it came in a glass bottle, which gave it a more premium feel, and overall I thought both the product and packaging looked beautiful. I love how thoughtful and intentional their approach feels. From manufacturing locally in Melbourne and using recyclable glass packaging, to producing in small batches and being transparent about their ingredients, there seems to be a genuine commitment to doing things well rather than simply doing things quickly. I also really appreciate the way they communicate about intimate health in an educational, respectful, and non-shaming way, helping consumers feel informed and empowered. It’s lovely to see a female founded business that isn’t only focused on creating a quality product, but is also considering its impact on people and the environment along the way.

The rose is the first thing. A soft damask note, never perfumey, that turns a functional wash into something you look forward to. It’s pH balanced and plant-based, so it cleanses without stripping. My skin felt calm, not tight. Proof that intimate care can feel a little bit lovely. Melbourne-made with the founder’s own eyes on every batch. Vegan, never tested on animals, independently run by a woman who clearly cares. I like that it comes in recyclable glass with barely any outer packaging, and that they put real effort into educating people about what goes near the most sensitive skin they own.

This intimate wash creates a light, fluffy foam that feels gentle on the skin while cleansing effectively. The formula left the skin feeling clean and comfortable after use. Overall, it provides a gentle cleansing experience that feels appropriate for everyday use. I appreciate the brand’s focus on providing consumers with clear information to help them make informed decisions about intimate care. Their commitment to manufacturing locally in Melbourne and maintaining transparent ingredient disclosure demonstrates a thoughtful approach to product development. I also like that the brand aims to reduce stigma around intimate health through education and open communication.

A note on why this stayed with us: none of these judges knew what we'd hoped they'd notice. They didn't know we obsess over sourcing organic rose water, or that we hand-pack every order in Melbourne, or that we built this brand because intimate care conversations are so often wrapped in stigma. They just used the product and wrote down what they experienced. Seeing the same values come through in three separate, independent reviews means more to us than a placement ever could.
Rose Intimate Wash is available in 120ml, as a 40ml travel mini, and as the Rose Duo bundle — made in Melbourne with organic rose water, aloe vera, chamomile, and calendula.
