For orders to countries outside Australia, delivery times may vary and typically range from 10 to 25 business days, depending on the efficiency of local postal services.
To serve our customers in international countries, upon arrival in your country, the responsibility for the delivery is transitioned to your local post services. They will oversee the final stages of your parcel's journey, ensuring it reaches your doorstep.
Should you require assistance or have any inquiries about the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend reaching out to your local post office. They will be best equipped to assist you and provide information on the status and estimated delivery time of your order.
International customers (outside of AUS) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
Once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. Please contact your local courier attached to your tracking number.
Delivery:
Vagigi shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in product delivery, to the fullest extent permitted by law, if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of war, rebellion, labor strikes, natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes), or pandemics (such as COVID-19). In such situations, we will make every reasonable effort to deliver the product to you once the impediment is no longer in effect.
Lost Shipments Policy:
At Vagigi, we cannot assume responsibility for parcels that go astray or remain unclaimed. Upon placing an order, you'll receive an email with online tracking details. It is your responsibility to stay informed about your order's journey by using our 'Track my Order' feature on the website. We encourage customers to have their tracking information handy, especially in case of delays or any hiccups in order delivery. If, due to an incorrect address provided during checkout, a parcel is redirected back to us, kindly note that the customer is accountable for the cost of reshipping the product to the correct address.
