NO-BAKE PROTEIN BROWNIE BITES
Nutrient-dense. Hormone-friendly. Effortless. High in protein.
Ingredients:

1 cup (200g) soft pitted dates

4 tbsp hemp seed flour

4 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder

3 tbsp natural peanut butter (or almond butter)

½ tsp good quality sea salt

5.3 oz (150g) dark chocolate (85% or higher)

1 tbsp milk or plant-based milk (like coconut, almond, or hemp)

Desiccated coconut & extra sea salt for topping (optional)
Instructions:

In a food processor, blend the dates, hemp seed flour, cacao powder, nut butter, and sea salt until a sticky dough forms.

Roll into small bite-sized balls and set aside.

Melt dark chocolate with a splash of milk until smooth.

Dip each ball into the melted chocolate if desired or just roll in desiccated coconut, or both!

Place on a tray lined with baking paper and top with coconut and a pinch of sea salt if desired.

Chill in the fridge for 1 hour — then devour.
