NO-BAKE PROTEIN BROWNIE BITES RECIPE

NO-BAKE PROTEIN BROWNIE BITES


Nutrient-dense. Hormone-friendly. Effortless. High in protein.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (200g) soft pitted dates

  • 4 tbsp hemp seed flour

  • 4 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder

  • 3 tbsp natural peanut butter (or almond butter)

  • ½ tsp good quality sea salt

  • 5.3 oz (150g) dark chocolate (85% or higher)

  • 1 tbsp milk or plant-based milk (like coconut, almond, or hemp)

  • Desiccated coconut & extra sea salt for topping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, blend the dates, hemp seed flour, cacao powder, nut butter, and sea salt until a sticky dough forms.

  2. Roll into small bite-sized balls and set aside.

  3. Melt dark chocolate with a splash of milk until smooth.

  4. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate if desired or just roll in desiccated coconut, or both!

  5. Place on a tray lined with baking paper and top with coconut and a pinch of sea salt if desired.

  6. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour — then devour.
