3 ripe peaches, sliced (or sub stewed apple or pear)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp arrowroot or tapioca starch (optional)
Crumble topping:

1 cup almond meal

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/4 cup chopped walnuts or sunflower seeds

2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
