🍑 Peach & Coconut Oil Hormone-Loving Crumble (Grain-Free) Recipe

✨ Why it’s special:

A soft, golden crumble that feels indulgent but actually supports your hormones, rich in healthy fats, fibre, and zero refined sugar. Perfect for those luteal-phase cravings or a gentle evening dessert.

 

🌿 Ingredients:

Filling:

  • 3 ripe peaches, sliced (or sub stewed apple or pear)

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp arrowroot or tapioca starch (optional)

Crumble topping:

  • 1 cup almond meal

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or sunflower seeds

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • Pinch of sea salt

 


🥄 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Mix peach slices with lemon, vanilla, cinnamon, and starch. Add to a small baking dish.

  3. Combine all topping ingredients until crumbly.

  4. Scatter evenly over the fruit.

  5. Bake for 25–30 mins, or until golden and bubbling.

  6. Let cool slightly. Serve with coconut or Greek yoghurt.
